• Delivery of a placed order can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 12 weeks depending upon the item, and the current state of the postal systems. (Ie: Covid delays, etc)  We understand that international shipping can sometimes be slow, but we are absolutely positive that once you receive your package you'll see it was worth the wait!
  • We do not consider any parcel "lost or undelivered" until AFTER the 10 week mark. In our experience, it ALWAYS arrives, without a single exception. We appreciate your patience! Remember, shipping is FREE and as such, can occasionally be slow, but highly reliable! 
  • If your item does not arrive within the promised delivery time, we can either reship OR refund it for you, no questions asked! That's a guarantee! 
  • Occasionally, if purchasing more than one item, we may ship some separately. This is because we ship directly from our manufacturers to save you money, and we use multiple manufacturers for various products. Do not fear - your entire order will arrive, even if it's in two (or three+) different packages!
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail after the recorded delivery If you do not have confidence in your postal service, please purchase at your own discretion.  Realistically, mail almost NEVER gets lost. Simply ensure that your address is written correctly, and that you are not moving within the given delivery timeframe, and you should have absolutely nothing to worry about. 

Returns / Refunds  / Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds for simple matters of ordering a wrong size, changing your mind, or any sort of trivial matter. 
  • The only exception to this is if there is proof the wrong item was sent or was damaged/flawed in some way. In this case, we will happily reship you the correct item completely free of charge. Or, if the item is out of stock, we will refund you! Satisfaction guarantee! 
  • You MUST contact us within 30 days after successfully receiving the item to file for a refund if you have any complaints/concerns.
  • Please ask any questions you may have about an item prior to purchasing to ensure your 100% satisfaction!

Cancelling an order:

  • Cancelling an order is almost never possible unless it's within the first hour after purchasing, so please purchase with confidence and certainty!
  • We start automatically processing orders within the first 30-60 minutes here at KITTYDOTT. We're very efficient, and pride ourselves on that to YOUR benefit!
