All items purchased from KITTYDOTT are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. This means we cannot offer reimbursement for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped, and it is your responsibility to seek reparation with the shipping provider.
